Graphite_Niall is a self set up programme offering drawing lessons to groups of people who wish to develop their drawing skill set.Graphite_Niall will launch in the late summer of 2018 in two locations.YMCA at Tottenham Court road Sendero Cafe at Lavender Hill in between Clapham Junction and Clapham Common.The aim of Graphite_Niall is to offer people a quiet and supportive space where they can develop drawing in an environment that supports mindfulness techniques, supporting positive mental attitude and progressive well being.

I was employed by the London Borough of Hammersmith and Fulham as head of art at Woodlane High School, while here I have;- Attended training to develop management and coaching skills- Planned and delivered training sessions on developing the existing skills of the teaching team, with an emphasis on building a virtual skill sharing resource.- Working 1-2-1 with staff to help develop further their existing skills in planning and delivery of effective lessons.- Designed and delivered creative schemes of work, keeping in line with the national Curriculum.- Organised external trips to London based venues.- Built partnerships with outside arts organisations.- Set up a successful after school club for GCSE art. The impact being a 400% increase in the number of students achieving a C grade or higher in art.- Drafting and amending policies to suit new guidelines.
