At Vertu BMW & Mini Durham, I am hired as a Digital Product genius, I have the same role that a photographer and Social Media Manager have.I ensure that when a used car arrive to our site, the correct processes are followed. This is to ensure that the car is in the best condition for our customers. This means I organise for the car to be seen by a Valeter, Mechanic or Specialist. After this I produce the best photographs of the car, as well as provide a detailed description, highlighting the cars features and benefits, to their ideal buyer. This is then uploaded to various websites and social media sites.I also manage and run the social media pages for both BMW & Mini dealerships, this included brainstorming with colleagues for original ideas, we could use for our posts, arranging competitions and giveaways and then every day content about the dealership and showcasing some of our amazing cars that we have.Since I started, I have helped grow the Audience, reach and engagement of our social media pages, I also share our Facebook content to relevant groups and pages to help improve the reach and engagement, to even more people than they normally would reach.
