His career has included extensive international management and development experience with flagship projects such as the Sanctuary Cove and Royal Pines Residential Resort projects in Australia, and consulting roles in Sentosa Island, Rainbow Hills, Bukit Merah and A'Formosa in Asia and Abu Dhabi in the United Arab Emirates. Niall held the position of Executive General Manager and Power of Attorney for Matsushita for 7 years, during its expansion into the Australian property market. This knowledge and experience led Niall to recognise the importance of technology to improve efficiency, transparency, productivity, reliability and communication between all stakeholders within multi owned properties. With this in mind, Niall founded Initia, to research and develop efficient integrated management and technology solutions for property assets. After years of research and the launch of Initia's flagship product, Niall sought to further improve the quality and efficiency of this product - leading him to partner with Jerry Kestenbaum and introduce the Asia Pacific to BuildingLink.As the CEO of BuildingLink International, Niall’s vision is to enhance the way residents live in communities across the globe through the use of world-class, innovative technology and solidify harmonious communities to create the ultimate living environment.
