PhD: “Quality of Experience derived Olfaction-enhanced Multimedia Synchronization” The purpose of this project was to evaluate the user perception of multimedia enhanced with olfaction, the sense of smell. The project, via subjective studies has provided novel data and understanding of users’ quality of multimedia experience. Another key aspect of this work was the development of a utility model to estimate user quality of experience of olfaction enhanced multimedia.
