National Account Manager
Current- At the not-for-profit organisation, I retain and grow revenue of high-value, six-figure business accounts to generate income for our members. Here, I develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
- Responsible for account managing, retaining and developing my own portfolio of national partners as the main point of contact including major brands and corporate organisations
- Deliver an excellent level of customer service to provide partnerships with longevity and to meet financial targets
- Through regular contact with stakeholders, I manage accounts through phone, email and visits as a confident communicator. Update and maintain the CRM (Salesforce - 5 years experience)
- Pitch and present creative and compelling propositions to acquire, retain and grow accounts
- Strategically plan ahead and research to identify partnership collaboration opportunities and areas for business development
