Worked as part of the TM Forum Ecosystem Modelling working group. Created with the team an excel template for evaluating and establishing stakeholder support for investment in diversified growth solutions in a complex ecosystem context. This has now been published as part of the Concept to Reality Framework, which is designed to accelerate Telco’s new revenue generation and enable interoperability.Project involved working as part of a collaborative group of companies, Telco, software suppliers, system integrators, universities, to capture and define the financial model aspects to help assess risk and constraints for sustained growth overtime in ecosystem business models.
