Member of a 2-year graduate programme within the NatWest Group, focussing specifically on various areas of FinCrime. Consists of four placements, each within a different area of the bank, exposing and allowing me to learn how the bank protects its members and businesses in a number of different ways.

Within this role, I was the first point of contact for a number of employees within the business. I was solely responsible for the payroll administration of these individuals, as well as managing sickness and absence, creating rotas adhering to individuals responsibilities and support the emotional wellbeing of my team. Further, I was responsible for ensuring that all personnel within the company attended quarterly training, to ensure that qualification were not expired, which required extensive time and individual management. On occasion I was the hiring manager for new employees, which included interviewing, background check and onboarding, all within a timely manner for the individual and the business.

Responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the business, which included ensuring all administration procedures were followed correctly according to company policies, listening and resolving member complaints and concerns, ensuring the security and safety of all personnel within the building and maintaining high standards.Furthermore, I was solely responsible for all members and staff, whilst being the only point of contact on shift in a senior management position. I was extremely informed on the daily operational procedures of the company, as well as the emergency action plans in place, including understand my role and the roles of others during these incidents. I ensured staff morale was high and they felt respected, whilst also assisting different departments during staff illness or shortages.Additionally, there was a sales aspect to this role, which involved communicating and discussing membership options and rates with potential clients. I was given a sales target monthly, which involved me utilising time management, communication and prospecting, to reach my individual and club target.

During this role I carried out a variety of administrative tasks daily, which included both physically handling patient data and inputing this electronically, following strict GDPR protocol. Furthermore, I would interact with numerous members of the public daily, utilising communication skills as well as problem solving skills when complaints were being made.

During this role, I engaged with individuals, explaining the testing procedure and offering support where available - ensuring the safety of both them and I. Additionally, I produced testing kits daily, for the distribution to various locations across Scotland, as well as daily site reporting.

Main responsibilities were to ensure the safety of all pool users, offering any support when needed. I had to engage with members of the pubic daily, dealing with their complaints and concerns, where applicable I dealt with them or reported them to the appropriate personnel. Application of first aid was done frequently and when needed, rescue techniques were carried out to struggling swimmers. I advanced within this role to work as both a barista and receptionist during my time as the company needed assistance within these specific areas.

Priority was to ensure that all swimmings were safe during their training, with occasionally having to deal with minor injuries or first aid incidents.

Was in charge of the safety of infants and children learning to swim, ensuring that they were account for at all times.
