-Consult with and influence Hiring Managers to agree role strategy.-Manage perm & FTC recruitment and selection process for all vacancies.-Working closely with the Resource Mgmt team to proactively manage recruitment.-Build applicant sources by researching and contacting colleges, employment agencies, social media and the internet.-Manage the contract offer process including negotiating the best deal possible for Fujitsu.-Candidate profiling and consulting with Hiring Managers and Stakeholders.-Driving the Employee Referral Scheme.-Attracting applicants by placing job advertisements, Social Media, Boolean Searching,-Manage the LinkedIn Recruiter Tool and Careers page (in collaboration with Marketing). Post jobs, track applicants, Review Recruiter analytics.-Attend any relevant jobs fairs, trade shows to promote the Fujitsu brand amongst the candidate marketplace.-Manage the Fujitsu Ireland careers page, posting jobs, tracking applications using our Applicant Tracking System.
