I am a hardworking, committed and responsible student attending the University of Dayton who aspires to enter the business market. I am particularly interested in finance and the intersection between technology and business. I strive to continue to cultivate skills in this arena to improve my capabilities within the business world. As a freshman, I began working at Flyer Enterprises as a Sales Associate and was recently promoted to become a member of the FE Management team working in Accounts Payable. Flyer Enterprises is a $1.3M student run operation, one of the largest in the world, that gives students the ability to collaborate and gain hands-on experience in running a successful business. In this role, I am responsible for financing invoices received from vendors we collaborate with. I also order products for each respective division within Flyer Enterprises to ensure they are properly supplied at all times. In addition to my work at Flyer Enterprises, I have several years of job experience. At the age of fifteen, I entered the workforce as a lifeguard for the Glen Ellyn Park District. I had great relations with my coworkers and managers at this facility and was seen as a responsible employee who could always be relied upon to respond to situations appropriately. Through this work experience in conjunction with my determination and go-getter attitude, I am ready and able to contribute to a successful business environment in any position I may have the privilege of working in.
