  At Redthorn I'm currently responsible for the technical requirements of our large customer base. I am also solely responsible for all internal technical requirements of the company and have been involved with our customer account management process too. My day-to-day responsibilities include: Handling customer queries, taking on technical support requests both internally and externally, monitoring and maintaining customer database management, successfully orchestrating customized Oracle database installs for manufacturing companies, handling client install roll-outs across shop floors as well as providing technical hardware support to a handful of customers too. In addition to my role at Redthorn I have also been tasked with the responsibility of supporting out partner organisation Digconn Systems, here I am responsible for the maintenance of the internal systems as well as the organisation and provision of customer systems and infrastructure.
