• Increased the distribution of products from 200k to 2m per year. Scaled operations across multiple teams to enable growth (production, fulfillment, procurement and logistics)
• Improved staff performance with the introduction of OKR’s across all teams. Key objectives were clearly communicated, monitored and results tracked.
• Streamlined the production process by implementing continuous flow production resulting in a 35% increase in production per person.

• Carnext.com was a subsidiary of LeasePlan. My role was to project manage the separation of the two entities and to create a standalone company. The impact of COVID on the business paused the project. Major achievements:
• Increased on site car capacity by 200%. Outsourced all car preparations off-site to a specialized 3rd party service provider.
• Expanded inventory of cars to sell by using approved partners. Hired a partner service manager to drive the execution of this initiative.

Chicago, Illinois, US

• Over a year and a half at Telnyx. During this time, I scaled the EMEA team in Dublin from 14 to 45. Project managed the office move to a new office in Grand Canal Dock. Major achievements:
• Streamlined the financial processes, set up a PO approval system to improve visibility and control of costs.
• Decreased hiring timeline. Hired a recruiter based in Ireland to speed up the hiring timeline.
• Decreased Opex by over €1 million with the approval of IDA R&D grant.

Kingston, JM

• Over a year and a half at Digicel, Anguilla. During this time, I managed a team of 50, provided Telecom services to over 13k customers, and had full P&L responsibility. Responsible for all functions of the business.
• Helped drive the business unit to achieve the annual budget of €6m revenue and €3m EBITDA.
• Increased turnover by introducing the “Project Red” initiative, an all-staff cross-selling campaign. Postpaid revenues increased by 10%.
• Increased the Employee NPS, from 28th to 5th in the group, within a year.

Over almost two years. I created the company and I scaled the revenue up to €25k per month.

Port Moresby, National Capital District, PG

Over a year and a half at Digicel, Nauru. During this time, I managed a team of 35, provided Telecom services to over 6k customers, and had full P&L responsibility. Responsible for all functions of the business including Customer Care, Commercial, Financial, HR, Legal, and Technical. Grew revenue over 25% YoY to over €6m and EBITDA to over €3.5m.

Digicel Mobile Money now rebranded MyCash is a mobile wallet that lets you do it all with electronic cash. Removing the need for a bank account, MyCash provides a way to make fast, reliable, safe, and convenient daily financial transactions – all at the convenience of your mobile phone. I project managed the successful launch of this service in 3 markets.

• Created a website that aggregated all discounts for 3rd-level students in Dublin.Key achievements:
• Grew the membership base from 0 to 15k
• This represented 6% of the addressable student market at that time
• Discounts for over 60 popular retailers
