I lead the Paid Social team in dentsu Ireland, an award-winning media & digital marketing agency. We are a specialist team working with clients on their Paid Social needs, from strategy development through to operational delivery. My role includes leading a team of 11 (including responsibility for learning & development within the team); developing Paid Social strategies for clients across a range of industries; managing workflow and operational processes within my team to ensure efficiency & high-quality delivery; and liaising with other specialist teams & client leadership teams within the agency to ensure we deliver holistically for our clients.[Fixed term contract, maternity leave cover]

I led the operational teams driving performance marketing activity for 2K's console games at a global level. My teams took high-level marketing briefs and delivered implementable strategic initiatives, managing activity across a range of marketing channels - Display, Search, Social, Email, Push Notificatons, and In-Game MessagingMy work involved leading 3 teams made up of 15 full-time employees and up to 20 rotating trainees, managing day-to-day operations and driving the long-term strategic growth of our performance marketing function. I also acted as a link between our teams and the wider business, with our role being both a cross-functional service team (for brand/territory teams) and an internal business customer (for analytics/BI/marketing tech teams)

Segmatic is an SEM-focused performance marketing agency that helps businesses optimise the profitability of their online advertising.I act as the link between our technical/analytical teams and our clients. I work with our clients to define strategic business priorities, helping them to identify where online marketing can help to improve their profitability, and ensure that these priorities are delivered on by our agency. I manage workflow and information flows between our teams and client-side teams, aiming to optimise the client's marketing approach the whole way through the conversion funnel.This includes working on more ad hoc consulting requirements that clients may have, such as managing UX changes, delivering marketing technology improvements, defining price/offer strategies, or identifying points of failure in their sales funnels.

I worked in the Financial Services Business Consulting team of Grant Thornton Ireland, initially as a Manager for 16 months before being promoted to Associate Director in 2017. In this role I worked on and led projects for a range of clients, including pillar banks, insurance firms, trading houses and retail credit firms, supporting the work of operations managers, compliance officers and regulatory managers. I managed internal and external stakeholders to partner/C-suite level, and led teams of up to eight GT resources on client sites. Within my team, I was responsible for the performance management of a number of junior staff, as well as more general learning and development initiatives. I was also heavily involved with recruitment for my team, CSR initiatives for the firm and the GT "Embrace" diversity and inclusion network. In my time with Grant Thornton my projects included:- Programme managing a tracker mortgage review for a retail bank- Operational assessment and strategy design within the non-performing loans unit of a pillar bank- Project managing a debit card programme review for a Credit Union group- Project managing a product review around lending products for a large retail bank- Delivering a CCMA review for a retail credit firm- Designing a BRD for a change project within a large retail bank- Project managing a UCITS V gap analysis and compliance review for an investment management company- Delivering outsourced regulatory reporting for an investment bank (CRD IV reporting)

I worked in the Strategy & Operations - Financial Services division of Deloitte's consulting practice. My project roles included:- Leading the operating model and control design for an AMM implementation for a major banking client.- Leading the operational support team for a banking client's COREP regulatory return, focusing on operational controls and compliance. This involved managing internal and external resources to deliver high-quality work within a strictly defined reporting period.- Supporting a COSO II implementation project in a banking client. I assisted the client in developing new entity-level controls and enhancing existing controls to meet COSO II standards.- Supporting a process review of the Finance Operations team of an insurance client. Within this role I was responsible for developing process maps to define existing processes and identify potential improvement points, as well as the development of business cases and cost-benefit analysis around these improvements.- Performing a SOx compliance review of ITGC controls for a banking client, and supporting remediation work around these controls.

I worked across a number of roles over three and a half years:- I was part of the supervision team for Irish Life & Permanent. I was responsible for analysing and reporting on periodic financial returns, as well as broader supervisory engagement, reviews and assessments. - I was a member of the Regulatory Reporting team responsible for the provision of prudential and financial information to internal and external stakeholders. Within this role I prepared quarterly MI and external reports for the Department of Finance, as well as supporting supervision teams in the preparation and interpretation of regulatory reports.- I worked in the Financial Sector Reform Unit, the project management team responsible for the Central Bank’s implementation of Troika-directed reforms of the financial sector. I was responsible for the high level co-ordination of timelines, resources, activities and reporting of multiple teams across a range of projects. I also took on in-depth policy work and analysis roles on a number of projects - in particular, I played a key role in developing legislation and policy for the implementation of a Central Credit Register.
