Through this app we will make great qualified financial advice easy to understand, and available to more people.One of the visions of the business is to make great qualified financial advice accessible and affordable to all. This goal also supports many of the other goals such as eradicating poverty (SDG1); ending hunger (SDG2), improving health and well-being (SDG3); supporting gender equality (SDG5); promoting education (SDG4) and economic growth (SDG8). In devising investment and pension recommendations for users we will also seek to promote sustainable investment where best suited to that user. With improving transparency and disclosure with ESG investments, SproutPlans is in a strong position to make sustainable and profitable investing very accessible to our users. Elkstone is Ireland's leading Multi-family office which researches and sources investment opportunities across the asset classes for clients. Elkstone is a leader in early-stage venture investment, successfully investing in domestic and international companies from seed up to Series A.This was a fantastic opportunity to work collaboratively with colleagues and clients assisting in the management of investment strategies across the asset classes and generations with a focus on alternative investment such as early stage venture and opportunistic real estate.

This role involved detailed and complex credit and financial planning strategies (across all product lines) for my clients. This role was extremely rewarding, allowing me to work on behalf of clients and in their best interests, to provide the best combination of solutions. For certain complex lending cases, presentations of findings were analyzed in detail and approved by Bank credit committees.

As relationship manager I enjoyed applying my analytical skills to providing complete financial advice for my clients and assisting with implementation of these strategies.

This role involved adapting an already world class service to the Irish market and regulatory environment. I was involved from the early stages and as part of a small team had the opportunity to work on a number of key projects. I devised the investment advice reporting and worked with a number of life companies as we brought our own life wrapper to our clients, thus allowing each client to avail of their own wrapped investment portfolios.

I worked collaboratively with both Senior Private Banking Managers and the specialist teams to provide non standard complex Financial Planning reports for their clients.

At Financial Planning Network I had the opportunity, early in my career, to draw up extremely detailed financial planning reports. This forensic analysis and problem solving, looking at an individual's complete financial world, demonstrated to me how much value true independent financial planning can be to a client.

My first role in Financial Services involved detailed pension max funding calculations and showed me the importance of an analytical approach to financial advice.
