OVERVIEW of POSITION This position had two channels which carried equal responsibility.- Customer Service Representative - re-active problem solving. - endeavouring to create long term solutions for problems encountered on a daily basis by our customers as well as customer service team. - administrative tasks working with a range of computer software and CRM systems.- Business Development Representative - company expert in the field. - customer relationship development. - product launch event organisation and execution. - selling seasonal stock to customers.This two channel role allowed me to create a link between the customer service and sales teams in order to best serve our customer needs and to encourage best practices not only internally but for our customers also.

During my time at The Complete Bridal I developed a strong passion for the bridal industry, gaining detail knowledge in design, manufacture and sales.This position allowed me the privilidge of dressing all types of women on a daily basis, I developed an expertise and in-depth understanding of body types, styles and sizing. I began guiding customers to find the perfect gown that would enhance their own natural beauty and allow them to look and feel their very best. My time as a Bridal Consultant also gave me the oportunity to utilise my design skills, to customise gowns to each individual brides need.
