Day to day activities include: - Supporting the daily BTL campaigns and the measurement and analysis of these campaigns- Responsible for the end to end implementation of campaigns, right through from briefing process to post campaign analysis. - Involved in strategy planning for all campaigns and the overall marketing strategy. This requires strong creativity skills and ensuring that content is always strong with smart CTAs at every touchpoint.- Responsible for testing campaigns and ensuring the best content is used for the overall campaign. - Creating and implementing GTM strategies such as customer acquisition campaigns. - Working on customer retention campaigns across all marketing channels - Responsible for making sure that all communication plans are aligned with ATL, web & social media. - Work with internal stakeholders to ensure that all messaging to customers in consistent and at a premium this involves a strong attention to detail.- Responsible for briefing agencies on upcoming work and managing timelines to deliver projects in a timely manner. - Responsible for reporting on campaigns and briefing senior management on results from these campaigns which requires strong communication skills and leadership.- Responsible for the creation of the monthly customer newsletter which is deployed to over200K customers with dynamic segmentation this also involves the creation of content each month- Working as part of a team to build the Virgin Media brand in Ireland through all marketing channels
