Niamh is a solutions-oriented individual with 9+ years of experience in both the public and private sector, and is passionate about making a difference with technology. She holds a BA (Hons) Business Management degree from Pearson College London and is also a certified Salesforce Administrator. Niamh also holds Chartered Manager (CMgr MCMI) status from the Chartered Management Institution. She is an adept problem solver and communicator dedicated to supporting businesses implementing and improving processes, systems, and strategies.Niamh is also an advocate for apprenticeship education in the UK, after co-founding The Apprentice Voice (TAV) in 2019. This organisation aims to support change within the Apprenticeship system in the UK and propose ways to encourage change from apprenticeship employers. TAV has helped a variety of organisations over the past 4 years from start-ups and SMEs to the Department of Education (UK) as well as becoming a well known advocate for apprenties across many sectors.
