With fashion journalism and styling becoming full time, I have most recently written for BROKE MAGAZINE for Septembers London Fashion Week and am also the fashion columnist for the West Oxfordshire Newsletter. The column ‘Styled by Niamh’ reports on my fashion life, trends and news worthy fashion moments. I also have personal styling clients which I work with styling event looks or to elevate their wardrobes. I also write for my own blog, found on nowlanlondon.co.uk. Post include, brand updates, fashion moments and our ‘Female Founder Stories’ series. The series focuses on successful female founders entrepreneurial journeys. Founders include Lisa Franklin, Zandra Rhodes and Sharena Shiv. Alongside this I work with Two Chicks on their Future Female Entrepreneur initiative managing the FFE social accounts and event admin. The initiative brings likeminded women looking to further develop their entrepreneurial skills and knowledge together through a programme of networking evenings and mentoring.Graduating with a first class BA(Hons) from The Jimmy Choo Academy based in Mayfair London | Fashion: Design, Branding & Entrepreneurship course, 2024. During my time at the academy I founded, NOWLAN, the debut collection focused on my British countryside upbringing, incorporating 70s punk, rock and roll references and my female empowerment message. My second year final piece was also shown at the September 2023 London Fashion Week. The evening was hosted by This Is Icon in collaboration with the Jimmy Choo Academy.
