As an engineering co-op in C&EM, my responsibilities were as follows:• Consolidated energy efficiency measure inputs, and assumptions (i.e.: kWh/kW savings, incremental costs, effective useful life) and incorporated them into a single library within customer relationship management tool.• Prepared a custom measurement and verification (M&V) plan for Interfor's natural-gas-fired, counterflow Continuous Dry Kiln. Reviewed International Performance Measurement and Verification Protocol (IPMVP) options A and C to outline steps needed to verify the kilns' electric and natural gas savings in the plan.• Researched and compiled a comprehensive list of active residential and industrial demand response programs from U.S utilities to provide insights into the design of future demand response projects. • Used Microsoft Excel and VBA scripts to analyze the gas and electric energy profiles of ~200 customers to determine their space heating type. Performed M&V on the customers with electric space heating to determine the magnitude of their peak demand impact during winter demand response events.• Wrote technical reviews on industry products i.e., electric tubular and duct heaters, and researched internal program areas that could potentially benefit from their adoption.

Volunteered as a Student Court Tour Facilitator at Fraser International College, where I led court tours, explained legal processes, and supported first-year criminology students in understanding judicial concepts, while coordinating with court staff to ensure smooth tours.
