Responsible for Installation of Fire Fighting (sprinkler system, wet riser, pre-action system, fire pump sets, fire safety equipment’s & gas suppression system).Responsible for the installation of Fire alarm & Emergency Lighting systems.Responsible for undertaking surveys, raising inspections and commissioning of the installed systems.Setting out sites and organizing facilities.Checking technical designs and drawings to ensure that they are followed correctlyEnsuring projects meet agreed specifications, budgets or timescalesLiaising with clients, subcontractors and other professional staff and the overall project manager.Responsible for following with the procurement process and arrange material delivery timely.Handling Manpower needed prominently and arranging machineries and other equipment’s needed.Providing technical advice and solving problems on site.Preparing site reports and filling in other paperwork.Responsible for quantity surveying and arranging material take-off.Preparation of As-build drawings, Commissioning of the installed systems and finally handing over.

Execution of proper maintenance of the electrical / electromechanical systems such as lighting control, Energy management system, voice evacuation system, Building management systems, fire alarm systems & CCTV systems.Preparing BOQ, Invoices and procurement schedule for the equipment’s.Evaluation of Shop drawing & As-built drawing before pre-commissioning and involvedin handing over of the respected systems.Implementing rectification works needed for proper functioning of systems.Executing Corrective & Preventive Maintenance for the respected systems on differentstages, keeping daily updated log of the same.Managing manpower, materials, job / procurement schedules and keeping in track ofequipment’s needed for proper maintenance
