As a founding designer at Zwayam, I played a pivotal role in developing a comprehensive design strategy for the company's product line. Conceptualized and developed designs for multiple recruitment products within the Zwayam lineup. Spearheaded the UX/UI overhaul of the flagship Zwayam Applicant Tracking System (ATS), creating a design system that emphasized user research, wireframing, user testing, and collaboration with cross-functional teams. This initiative significantly enhanced usability and aesthetics, leading to improved user satisfaction and engagement.

I oversaw and provided UX recommendations to enhance mobile and web experiences, presented to various tax officials, and coordinated with stakeholders, business analysts, and third-party vendors. My core activities included conducting user research, usability testing, and facilitating workshops to ensure alignment with project goals and maintaining consistency and quality across digital platforms.Finacle Design System (Infinity) - As part of the core team, I contributed to the research and documentation of leading design systems in the market, including Carbon Design System, Shopify, and Google Material Design. My focus was on developing comprehensive style guides and cheat sheets to be utilized across various products within Infosys's banking solution, Finacle.Glaxo Smith Kline - Worked as a part of a pre-sales team for creating wireframes and chat interface for automated consumer helpline for websites under GSK. NYC DOE - I collaborated with a team focused on the New York State Department of Education, primarily engaging in User Research, UX Design, UI Design, High-Fidelity Prototyping, and User Testing. Pre Sales - Part of the core team for estimation and staffing for pitching for new projects at Wongdoody such as Bank of Bahrain and Kuwait (BBK), California State University (CSUS), New York Department of Education (NYC DOE) etc.

Finacle AI and Analytics - I led a team of four in the corporate banking sector, focusing on research, conceptualization, and design of solutions that leverage AI and analytics for customer onboarding and mortgage solutions within Finacle Origination. This involved developing innovative screen designs to enhance user experience and streamline processes for both personal and corporate banking. Our efforts aimed to improve efficiency and effectiveness in onboarding and mortgage management.Finacle Corporate Banking - In my role as a Lead, I was responsible for designing and developing various workflows for corporate banking across multiple entities, including public limited companies, private limited companies, sole proprietorships, NGOs, and partnership firms. This involved creating streamlined processes that enhance efficiency and compliance within the banking sector, ensuring that each workflow met the unique needs of diverse organizational structures.Dashboards for Finacle Origination - In my role, I led the track from research to implementation, focusing on best practices for dashboards tailored to Relationship Managers and Admins. My responsibilities included conducting workshops and interviews with product owners and developers across various tracks to gather insights on requirements and expectations. This collaborative approach aimed to enhance the productivity of front-end users by ensuring that the dashboards effectively addressed their needs.Data Visualisations - As a member of the Design System team, I conducted research and developed a variety of data visualizations, including pie charts, donut charts, treemaps, heatmaps, and choropleth maps. These visualizations were designed to be utilized across all tracks of Finacle, enhancing data representation and user interaction within the platform. This initiative aimed to improve the clarity and accessibility of complex data sets for users, facilitating better decision-making and insights.

As a Design Consultant for a new travel and expedition brand based out of northeast India, I played a crucial role in establishing a fresh brand identity and visual communication strategy.
