My role also supports GDT's sales and service philosophies by communicating daily with our customers and select Distribution and/or direct channels for order processing and quoting. • Prepare quotes via SAP• Process customer purchase orders via SAP• Track orders from fulfillment to delivery • Regular weekly reporting to both customers and key GDT account partners• Bridge communication between customer contacts and GDT partners• Build and maintain valuable business relationships with key customer, partner and vendor contactsMy professional experience and knowledge is how I continue to provide superior account support, all the while being challenged daily in this ever-evolving industry.
