As a business development consultant at Home Instead UK, I apply my passion and expertise in health and social care to help the leading provider of home care services grow and innovate in the rapidly changing and competitive market. I have over fifteen years of experience in the sector, and currently undertaking my master's degree in health informatics, whilst also achieving a degree in health and social care and a diploma in leadership and management. In my current role, I leverage technology and data to transform and optimize the delivery and outcomes of care for older and vulnerable people. Previously, I worked as a technology enabled care and transformation manager at Stockport Homes Group, where I led and evaluated multiple projects that improved the safety, independence, and dignity of the residents. I have strong skills in social care, as well as a solid understanding of the health and social care sector and its challenges and opportunities.
