Key roles and responsibilities include the following:Divisional leadership team - Including ensuring the wellbeing of a 45 member team, monitoring performance, undertaking performance reviews and workload resourcing.Outsourced Financial Controller function – Services include preparation of quarterly management reports and budgeting tools and working with the finance teams of such entities to implement our respective findings.Project management – Managed engagements for various financial and non-financial projects. Examples include client business combination and integration, Global and Regional process controls review and integration and board reporting and governance implementation.Management Accounting and Taxation Compliance – Income tax advisory and preparation of income tax returns and financial statements. Training and Development - Conduct internal taxation and management accounting training to all levels of the Pitcher Partners Business Advisory and Assurance division.

Short term secondment with Baker Tilly UK Audit. Clients engaged in Funds Management, Transport and Logistics and Professional Bodies.

Preparation and delivery of undergraduate and postgraduate Taxation Law units.
