● Payroll, Compensation and Benefits Manager- I am tasked with making sure the hours are accurate, the pay is related to theposition and benefits are administered when the employee is eligible.● Responsible for submitting reports to various government agencies and states. On a monthly basis I collect reports, submitthe reports and pay any taxes due for a particular state. This assures that we are in compliance with State and Federal law.● Lead multiple Wage and Labor Audits to ensure compliance with State and Federal guidelines. I gathered the requireddocuments, met with the auditor to ensure compliance and passed every audit making sure that our reports, files, andhiring practices are accurate.● Created and implemented several company policies and handbooks leading to consistency across all 8 retail locations andcreating a better working environment. Previously, we had no official sexual harassment policy or training program. After acomplaint from an employee it fell to me to create and distribute the training program to all current and new employees.● Identify issues or gaps in our policies and implement plans to correct them. I developed an open door policy for allemployees that made them feel safe in reporting any issues they may have. They knew it would be handled with sensitivityand discretion.● Manage 28 employees with high retention rates and very little turnover. Our average length of employment is 6 years.● Manage reports from HRIS including 5500 forms for 401K. Gather 940,941, and 1099k reports from the HRIS for tax compliance

● Coordinated over 100 vape shops to form a coalition in order to employ a lobbyist at the State level● Worked closely with lobbyist in order to monitor bills that could have a detriment to the industry● Lead workshops on both State and National Levels to help similar organizations● Facilitated meetings with Legislators both in the State Capitol and Capitol Hill in Washington, DC. These meetings consist ofeducational workshops on our products and how to talk to legislators.● Extensive background with non-profit organizations

● Oversaw a caseload of 6 clients and their children and was responsible for keeping an accurate medical record for each.● Worked closely with the Hamilton County Drug Court as well as several CPS agencies.● Implemented an overhaul of specific systems in the program including the point system and client handbook leading tobeing awarded SE TADAAC’s Counselor of the Year in 2011.● Scheduled weekly staff meetings with 5 technicians on this specific unit in order to improve communication across all shifts.
