Designing strategy of a global industry communications programme with various internal teams and industry-focused stakeholders globally and regionally.

As the EMEA Marketing and PR Manager, I was responsible for managing the roll-out of BSA's global research studies, developing creative media materials and liaising with country representatives to drive maximum coverage; identify and promote best practices among Committees and BSA members; develop materials to enhance marketing, PR and other awareness building efforts across EMEA, membership brochures and presentations; manage BSA’s corporate websites and ensure they include accurate, timely updates from all markets; review and evaluate BSA’s marketing and PR performance in EMEA.

I was a Senior Account Manager in Hotwire's Banking & Finance practice advising clients on their European and / or global communications strategies.Responsibilities and expertise included devising and ensuring the successful implementation of thought-leadership-led UK and pan-European communication programmes across all accounts; managing PR agencies across Europe and liaising with partner agencies in, e.g. the US and other regions where necessary to implement the campaigns, monitor performance and set or revise objectives to meet clients’ business targets; providing senior client counsel and drafting communication plans and proposals; managing budgets to meet annual and monthly client targets, while ensuring organic growth of individual accounts to maintain and raise account profitability, advising organisations on their online PR strategy; management of team members.Clients ranged from payment and card processing and authentication vendors, a retail bank to a lending software and core banking providers.
