Primarily responsible for the development and implementation of operational procedures to evaluate programmatic compliance and make recommendations to effectively increase agency performance. Ensure that all aspects of MHC conform with state license regulations, and contract requirements. Coordination of all agency wide performance improvement initiatives and quality assurance monitoring.

Responsible for daily operations and program development for multiple children’s mental health and child welfare programs. Coordination and implementation of new programs based on funding requirements and outcome measures. Provide direct clinical supervision to case management staff and consultation to contract therapists. Identification and development of on-going training needs. Participation in community meetings/forums related to children’s mental health and child welfare. Develop, implement and monitor program budgets.

Responsible for selection, training and supervision of intake and therapeutic staff. Program development for inpatient services. Conducted group therapy and provided direct therapy services to children and families. Ensure that service delivery and documentation is in compliance with JCAHO and state monitoring requirements.

Responsible for therapeutic services for students with severe emotional disturbance and their families attending a SED center.
