At Safe High-TS I have gained experience with the back office jobs, specifically; quoting for specific job sites and needs of customers, use of the inventory system, business banking, communication services, and all other IT applications. I work towards delivering the best results out of my management team and ensuring I am always available to my crew when I am needed. My work hours consist of a mix of early morning (4am-6am starts with 1pm-2pm finishes) shifts, afternoon shifts and night shifts (9pm-10pm starts with 5am-6am finishes). Some of my regular work activities outside shift management include:-Maintenance and Cleaning of Equipment.-Delivery of Stock between sister-stores.-Unloading of Delivery Trucks.-Rotation of Stock and Organisation of Stock Areas.-Constant Maintenance and Supervision of all Computers (Office Computer Systems, EFTPOS systems, Register Systems, electrical menu boards and all restaurant screens). -Regular Switchboard checks and isolation if necessary. -Responsibility towards training and area certification of crew members (on-floor training and online training).
