As a Project Manager on the Technology Solutions team I am the primary point of contact for our clients on new technology implementations for existing platforms as well as the implementation of entirely new systems when onboarding new clients. I am responsible for day to day communications between our internal team & client stakeholders, requirements gathering & outlining to ensure a clear understanding of project goals, and resource allocation & timeline management. On a daily basis I am meeting with client stakeholders and internal team members to maintain our ongoing projects for current and future release cycles with projects that range in effort anywhere from a few days to over a year in implementation.In delivery of over 200 new projects I have worked closely both remotely and traveling for onsite collaboration with a multitude of team members including multiple client stakeholders based in the United States, Canada, Latin America, and Australia; 3rd party vendors that leverage our platforms for their own deliverables; internal business representatives who work directly with our end users and provide consistent feedback from our heaviest users; designers both internal and on client teams; and development & QA teams based in the United States and India.Tools used for project delivery include Microsoft Teams, OneNote, and Sharepoint; Basecamp; Spira; and Azure Devops (formerly Team Foundation Server/TFS).

As a Project Coordinator I was placed in the hybrid role of managing short term implementation of projects as well as the primary Quality Assurance analyst for 10+ client platforms. I was involved regularly in client meetings and visits, client communications, internal kickoff meetings, and was used as a subject matter expert throughout the project lifecycles to ensure accurate and on time deliveries.

I was also responsible for other smoke and exploratory testing for all releases from the development environment through the UAT environment and onto the Production environment before all client release notifications.
