Led development team to implement it, integrate with bleeding-edge Azure Operator Nexus platform and engage customers with demos and proof-of-concepts. Created threat model and drove multiple enhancements to our service, platform and build dependencies to achieve best-in-class security.Lead engineer and architecture for Azure Operator Voicemail. Transformed the architecture of our legacy Metaswitch voicemail product to be a fully Azure-native, simplified service and successfully completed proof-of-concept with a European Tier 1 telco.Senior engineer on Mobile Voicemail product. Completed long-running Metaswitch project to design and implement a ground-breaking voicemail service running on Azure public cloud for a hyperscale US tier 1 telco. Worked closely with the customer to specify the migration tooling and network architecture, proposing features worth over $1M in additional revenue. Created availability model and drove enhancements to multiple Azure platform services to allow us to achieve 99.999% uptime. -

Quickly ramping-up on the portable C code for our widely deployed, highly available MPLS, RSVP-TE, CCAMP and OSPF stacks I then started actively developing the protocols themselves, attending IETF conferences and writing internet drafts (including an acknowledgement in OSPFv3 RFC 5340) and participating in interop events and trade shows like SuperComm.
