I was a senior HR leader, had my own hysterectomy, putting me into menopause whilst working. I've walked in your heels and I know what it is like. HR has such a unique set of stressors and challenges & I want to specifically help my fellow professionals because I know the impact it can have - not just on you but the staff you influence & the company you work for. You are a very important cog in the machine &I am on a mission to make this transition period & the rest of your life, the best of your life.Working with me means that you can press pause & get support before you burnout. We will work together utilising my toolkit of counselling, coaching and hypnotherapy to create a bespoke package of help, healing & support to take you to the next level of your life comfortably, calmly & with joy.We can work together in person or online over a number of sessions (usually between 6-12). I work with the EMBERS® model, a Menopause-Informed Psychological Care framework that aims to educate, validate, and empower women to implement strategies to regain control over their life, body, and mind during the menopausal transition and beyond. This approach not only addresses symptoms but also considers factors such as physical & mental health status, relationships, work, & life stressors.
