Can program up to 5 axis using mastercam multi-axis tool paths. Primarily focused on Hi-speed finish machining of mold components. Improved mold finishing and roughing by upgrading tooling and programming strategies. Improved component roughing and Finishing times by implementing dynamic tool paths and saving cost by using smaller tools and Hi-speed tool paths Maximizing Feed rates and stepdowns. Tolerances of ∓.0002" held regularly. Lights out machining times improved through strong programing strategies and vericut program error checking.

-Program and set up 2 HAAS vertical machining centers, using Gibbs cam 2009. often 3D surfacing various parts.occasionally operating simultaneously.-Program, set up and run 1 Nakamura tome turning center.-Occasionally Set up and run small TOS horizontal boring mill. -Fix and maintain machines: aligning head stocks tail stocks. replacing axis limit switches through spindle coolant couplings and more.

Worked primarily on 4 axis horizontal machining centers. Finish multiple set ups unfinished from day shift technical staff. Read CMM reports and adjust machines and programs accordingly. Start and complete multiple set ups in single shift. edit programs change out tooling, to get machines into production as soon as possible.
