Coming from a background in Real Estate and Construction development gives me a different perspective on recruiting than you'll find from other recruiters.There are a lot of parallels when it comes to how recruiters and real estate agents do their jobs. Except recruiters still operate the way real estate agents did prior to the early 1980s when a major disruption hit the industry.Using the history of the real estate industry as a "crystal ball" has allowed me to map where the recruiting industry will be one day and the general path it will take to get there.This map of the future has allowed me to develop a plan to bring a similar disruption to the recruiting industry by accelerating it's evolution.As a first step, I've built my firm and train my people using the ethics and legal requirements placed on Realtors and real estate agents respectively.
