To translate the regional community strategy into an area action plan which focuses on maximising income, awareness and profile. To effectively manage Fundraising Managers, area teams and supporter relationships in order to maximise benefits.

To build and develop support for Breakthrough by recruiting and supporting participants to a broad portfolio of fundraising events, produced both by Breakthrough and by third parties, and thereby achieve voluntary income targets. In addition, to identify and develop new opportunities for Breakthrough to be involved in.
