Current• Develops and maintains a custom Salesforce application for 200 licensed users across the country to manage leads, applications, and candidates of the program including building reports and dashboards to track application demographics and program goals.• Advises 22 teams around the country, traveling to each site for annual evaluations on program goals and ensuring recruitment standards of excellence are maintained.• Hires, trains, and supervises 14 direct reports, providing each individual with professional development that upgrades skills, motivates performance, and promotes retention.• Manages and reports on grant proposals, year-end reports, and budget spending that optimizes resources for program objectives.• Effectively communicates program results, progress, and opportunities to stakeholders, board members, and senior leadership through grant reporting and presentation.• Uses research findings and impact data to make data-driven decisions to guide recruitment program design and implementation.• Builds and maintains strong relationships with key stakeholders, including program partners, business associations, and technical assistance partners.
