Responsible in guiding the Corporate Human Resources team of JG Summit Holdings, Inc. and advising the functional Human Resources teams across the Gokongwei Group, which has over 60 companies worldwide and a total manpower complement of more than 80000 spanning different companies and industries, including Consumer Goods, Retail, Airlines, Petrochemicals, Packaging, Bank, Real Estate, Hotels, Publishing, BPO, Insurance, Data Analytics, and more. Guides Corporate Human Resources in driving Leadership and Talent attraction, development, engagement and retention, building organization capability and effectiveness, and enabling a values-based, customer-centric, and agile culture that puts importance on the health, wellness, security and safety of our employees. Contributes his expertise with particular concentration in the areas of Talent Management, Employee Value Proposition, and Labor Relations. These include, but are not limited to:• In Talent Management, ensuring that the Group has the right resourcing, capability and talent to achieve current and future strategic imperatives, as supported by data-driven initiatives in talent sourcing, retention, promotion, and succession• Advising on Employee Value Proposition as this is formally articulated and socialized groupwide• Maintaining industrial peace through proper Labor Relations practices, open and active communication, and compliance to relevant labor laws through initiatives that do not discriminate between organized and unorganized groups

Responsible in orchestrating the management of Corporate Resources Group (CRG) which comprises 3 groups namely; Corporate Human Resources, Corporate Outsourcing Group (Third Party Manpower) and Corporate Security and Safety that oversees the entire JG Summit conglomerate comprising 100+ companies worldwide. The conglomerate has a total manpower complement of more than 100000 spanning different companies and industries from Airlines, Petrochemicals, Packaging, Foods, Agro-Industrial, Real Estate, Bank, Hotels, Publishing, Retail, BPO, Insurance, Fintech, etc. Directly reports to the Chairman of the Board and President/Chief Executive Officer of the conglomerate. As head of the Corporate Outsourcing Group, directs the management of Third Party Utilization ensuring compliance to policies and processes of the conglomerate. In addition, leads the Corporate Security and Safety Group to enhance and improve security and safety awareness across the conglomerate. This includes strict implementation of plans and ensuring security and safety management in the workplace. Overall in charge of managing the Human Resources Functions at the holdings level. Has functional oversight across all HR VPs and Directors of the various business units of the conglomerate. Main responsibility is to orchestrate the development, implementation and evaluation of the overall strategies and core HR systems and processes in managing the talents of the whole conglomerate. Overall, responsible in crafting conglomerate-wide policies on Human Resources, Third Party Outsourcing and Security and Safety as well as development of all CRG practitioners across the enterprise.
