Recently accreditated in Prince2 Agile at Practitioner level, I am a highly focused, reliable and effective Unified Communications expert with specialist skills in Avaya platforms Communication Manager, System Manager, SBC, Sessions Manager, CMS and SIP call routing. I also have vast experience on Verint WFM and call recording platforms as well as Cisco ICM, CCaaS products such as Microsoft Teams and Genesys. I am a confident, ambitious, self motivated individual who works well on my own and as part of a team. I have 28 years of telephony experience and I have worked closely with many other IT departments, both technical service based, which has provided an excellent knowledge base over essential IT areas.I am Avaya ACIS certified to compliment my many years of hands on experience.With my new Prince2 Agile accreditation I am looking forward to combining this with my vast technical knowledge with Unified Communications projects.
