I manage two teams in Amazon's SCOT Forecasting organization. SCOT Forecasting predicts unconstrained demand for products sold on Amazon's many different channels (Amazon.com, PrimeNow, Go, Whole Foods Market, etc) world-wide; that's hundreds of millions of products! My teams focus on delivering these forecasts to our downstream customers that empower decisions like buying, placement and inventory health, and building solutions to orchestrate complex pipelines for production and experimentation, including automating evaluation and release of new forecast models and changes. Create and maintain automation test frameworks for the Demand Forecasting team within Amazon

My primary role is as sub-lead on the ETQC Performance Testing Data & Triage team. The triage team serves a unique function as a bridge between all groups and is present in all aspects of each phase during a release cycle. These applications include all major Retail, Financial, Middleware and Backend applications that experience the largest production volumes. I develop applications using primarily C# to enhance our team’s productivity and to allow the team to test features we were not able to test before. I also work on the External Client Support team, dealing directly with external clients and on-boarding managers.
