I have been a Chef for 30 years and started my career with The Roux brothers in the corporate end of Roux Restaurants. I have worked all over the world and have been a director of Home Gurr'own for 13 years. Specialising in Wedding catering and planning. I am also the co director of Twisted Bramble Ltd. An event company specialising in circus based corporate events. We grow our own produce including meat, vegetables and flowers for all our events.I believe every event is very different, and by going back to basics at each challenge, we are constantly exceeding expectations.
