I coordinate and deliver lectures in Film and Media at Gray’s School of Art, RGU. My teaching portfolio includes modules such as Narrative Filmmaking, Screenwriting, Commercial Filmmaking, and Business Start-Up in the Creative Industries. I am also passionate about researching and promoting filmmaking and storytelling in regions with limited opportunities in the creative industries.

Nicci lecturers in film and media in the School of Creative and Cultural Business at Robert Gordon University. He teaches students from 1st year to MSC (post-grad) level. He is also head of year for stage 3 media.Remaining active in his industry Nicci tries to incorporate his past and present experiences into the classroom to share and involve his students in.His main topics covered are: Film Theory, Production, Story and Narrative, Creative Concept Development & Creative Industries Innovation.

Untitled Comics endeavours to democratise the global comic book industry. We believe that the next Batman or Spiderman is already written or drawn, and we feel that these artists and creators deserve for their work to be seen in an incredibly monopolised industry. Untitled Comics is a unique digital publisher and platform that brings creators around the world together, to meet, collaborate, create and sell all in one place.This will allow an international audience to discover new, exciting and diverse comic content and styles, from Scotland and across the globe.- One of twenty-five teams selected to participate on the first cohort for the RGU Start-Up Accelerator. Received 10k seed money and six months of intensive business support and mentorship.- Finalist for The Converge Creative Challenge, one of Scotland’s biggest start-up competitions. A Community Interest Company that gave young people and students industry standard filmmaking experience. Using industry equipment such as panavision and panalux we created and aided in short film projects in professional environments.
