Led a headquarters staff of 150 as the second in charge. Manned, trained, and equipped six-500 Sailor deployable security units providing them leadership oversight to accomplish the mission. Certifying Inspector for GE LM2500 gas turbine engines, Colt Pielstick propulsion diesel engines, Foster Wheeler 600 PSI D-Type propulsion boilers, Fairbanks Morse 28D8 diesel generators, and Allison 501-K17 gas turbine generators.
