I am passionate about training and helping staff have the skills to reach their career goals while helping the company attain its goals. I believe in focusing on the customer, in my case, our prospects and residents of the community. I strongly feel that a well trained team with great leadership is the fastest way to increase NOI.I enjoy collaborating with others, learning from them, while teaching them. A team environment is of major importance to me because I so firmly believe that through teamwork any goal can be achieved.
