Part-time instructor of Design Principles II in the Industrial Design Department. DPII is the sophomore-level introductory design studio focused on design methodology and practice (making, materials, form, mechanisms, and user-centered design research). Students work throughout the semester to develop design process skills and their own design practice.

As Studio Designer, Nic worked side-by-side with the Creative Director to design men’s and women’s collections each season, develop samples, and onboard production with the workshop team. He was also responsible for producing visual content for digital and print: art directing and shooting lookbooks, product imagery, and other marketing materials. During his tenure at Lotuff, Nic helped push the brand from its New England Prep roots to a minimalist, fashion-forward vision that led to Lotuff’s recognition by the CFDA in 2018. His work at Lotuff has been sold at luxury retailers worldwide including Barney’s and Mr. Porter, and has appeared in Vogue, GQ, New York Times, Wall Street Journal, Conde Nast Traveler, Esquire, Refinery 29 and others.
