As a father, coach, facilitator, cultural strategist, teacher, and stroke survivor, my longstanding vision is to cultivate passionate, purposeful, and resilient leaders who can spread joy throughout their teams.After serving as an NFP Executive for two years, I have returned to consulting with YouWho group. I previously ran my own companies, Advance & Forte, for approximately ten years. Before that, I worked in various positions such as private training providers, peak sporting bodies, recruitment and employment agencies. I started my career as a school teacher, which sparked my passion for developing others. I have gained a diverse range of skills, experiences, wisdom and practices over 25 years.My joy comes from facilitation of group discussions and through 1:1 coaching, which often involve conversations focused on cohesion, clarity and common purpose. I particularly enjoy finding creative solutions, through the use of neuroscience informed activities and inquiry.
