The Marketing & Development Coordinator's responsibilities are two-fold: 1. Assist in overall support of Camp Hebron programs, operations, capital projects and event planning2. Work with Communications Director in marketing efforts to include: social media, graphic design, print, bulk mail, and website updatesPrimary Responsibilities-EVENTS: Motorcycle, Golf Tournament, Alumni Night, Homecoming & ExtraGive• Coordinate with businesses/vendors to secure sponsors• Secure in-kind gifts • Coordinate bulk mailings for event• Assist in organizing events (planning, $ goal, design/print materials, timeline, ordering items needed, volunteer coordination, pick-ups, etc.)• Create & share social media posts, e-newsletters, print materials• Recruit Fundraising Champions for ExtraGive DEVELOPMENT: Spring & Fall Appeal, Campaign Events & Donor Calls• Follow up with all donors with a Thank you call monthly $100+• Update donor database (removal request and additions of new donors)• Assist with overall planning and execution of Campaign Events• Assist with inventory and ordering of all letterhead, envelopes and remittance envelopes. Prepare and assist with bulk mailing for spring and fall appeal• Assist in organizing Association Dinner/Campaign Fundraiser (planning, $ goal, design/print materials, timeline, ordering items needed, volunteer coordination, pick-ups, etc.)SUMMER CAMP:• Oversee summer camp photographer to ensure all camps are being photographed. Candid and staged. Coordinate a list of photos needed for website & marketing materials. • Assist summer staff photographer in editing photos and the creation of graphics in Canva for social media outlets• Order summer camp photos for campers• Upload photos into electronic folders of various camps in smug mug (when needed)• Interview and gather personal stories of family campers and individual campers.• Interview summer staff about their personal camp experience and favorite camper stories.
