With 25 years of practical experience, Nicole Dyskant serves as Managing Partner for Dyskant Advogados, a boutique regulatory-policy firm. She is Global Senior Advisor for Regulatory and Public Affairs to Fireblocks, Senior Advisor for Taxbit LATAM, and Advisor to 2TM (holding Mercado Bitcoin Brasil & Portugal). Former Advisor and Global Head Legal & Compliance at Hashdex. Before assuming this role, Nicole Co-founded Compliasset, a leading regulatory compliance software for the Brazilian financial and capital markets (M&A SINQIA/23, named best compliance software for 2018 by the Associação Comercial do Rio de Janeiro – ACRJ governance Committee).Prior to founding DYSKANT and Compliasset, she served as a Partner with ACA Compliance Group, founding ACA Compliance Brasil, in Rio de Janeiro (2014). Before that, she has worked as partner in charge of the Regulatory and Compliance Practices at Trindade Sociedade de Advogados, a law firm she joined after serving as Chief Legal and Compliance Officer at Ágora CTVM S.A. She started with Ágora in 2004 and rose to the rank of partner. In 2008, Ágora merged with Bradesco BBI. After the merger, Nicole worked for the Bradesco Conglomerate.Nicole Dyskant earned her law degree from the Pontifical Catholic University of Rio de Janeiro (“PUC-Rio”), a postgraduate degree in Corporate Finance (MBA) from IBMEC-RJ, and a Certificate degree in Financial Services Law from New York Law School. She also has been certified as a Regulatory and Compliance Professional by the FINRA Institute at Wharton (CRCP) and as a Compliance and Ethics Professional-International (CCEP-I) by the Society of Corporate Compliance and Ethics. Guest Professor at LL.M in Corporate Law and Capital Markets at FGV Law Program, among other extension and specialisation courses in Capital Markets and Compliance.As voluntary, Nicole is currently Co-chair at 100 Women in Finance Brazil Committee and member of relevant industry committees, such as OAB/RJ Capital Markets & Corporate Committees and Compliance Women Committee - CWC.
