As a professor and member of the senior administration, responsible for ensuring the alignment of these services with the teaching and research mission of McGill University. University Services had a staff of over 500 personnel, providing services to a university community of over 45,000 staff and students with over 200 buildings and 700 hectares of property on 2 campuses. Also responsible for the execution of more than $500 million in construction projects since 2007.
