Worked as the DoR of the very first gay and inclusive club in London alongside simply brilliant volunteers, coaches and players, developing a truly inclusive rugby culture. During my time at the club we grew to four teams, both the 2nds and 3rds competed in the Essex merit leagues, 4th team competing in the IGR leagues. Last year the 1st XV enjoyed an unbeaten league season, with 2 draws and 14 wins leading to promotion to London/Essex 3 league, lost in the finals of the Cup and reached the semi-finals of the Bingham Cup. The club took 6 teams, over 150 players to the 2018 Bingham Cup. Hugely honoured to have led a forward thinking, supportive and inclusive club. Completed my Level 3 qualification in my time at the club.

My responsibilities include timetabling, curriculum planning, staffing, facility and transport logistics and organisation. Raising the profile of Sport within the community through marketing. Ensuring the quality of curriculum teaching and Sports coaching. Managing and leading a team of qualified teachers and sports coaches.

Taught AS and A2 PE, with approximately 160 students across both year groups. Designed and managed the leadership courses. I also was a leader of a DofE gold group. I coached the College boys U18 rugby team.

Head of Department in a 3-16 Girls' Independent School.

Employed in a non-selective multi-cultural comprehensive school in the borough of Camden with 1600 on roll, teaching key stage three to five including GCSE and A Level PE. I managed a team of 7 and mentored PGCE and B.Ed students

PE and Sport co-ordinator across twelve primary schools. Supporting through team teaching and delivery of the national curriculum through school based INSET.

Teacher of pupils with severe learning difficulties and profound and multiple learning difficulties. Managing a team of three classroom assistants on a daily basis.
