I co-own and manage Fat Panda Ltd (previously named Fifth Planet Productions CIC), a creative content production agency that provides multimedia to a range of clients across multiple industries. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:- Advising the board and carrying out tasks assigned by the board- Personnel management (recruitment, hiring, training, evaluation and termination of staff)- Acting as a main contact for clients - stakeholder management- Directing video, animation and motion graphic projects- Supervision of artistic staff- Overseeing the preparation of the annual report of activities as well as fiscal reports- Developing a network of support within the arts communityMy Master of Enterprise degree, 'Investigating the use of audiovisual elicitation on the creative enterprise', was completed to strengthen my ability to perform in this role. Since completing the qualification I have also personally provided consultation services to clients in a number of areas including:- Social Enterprise- B2B Digital Marketing Communication- Digital Media Production

My primary responsibility was to support and develop social media and content creation for the institution and to further develop the University’s digital engagement activities with multiple audience groups.

I was responsible for:- Planning, developing and implementing PR strategies;- Liaising with colleagues and key spokespeople;- Preparing and supervising the production of publicity brochures, handouts, direct mail leaflets, promotional videos, photographs, films and multimedia programmes;- Devising and coordinating photo opportunities;- Managing and updating information and engaging with users on social media sites such as Twitter and Facebook;

This role was based in the school of Music, Humanities and Media. Duties were varied and included but were not limited to: IT support, audio and video editing, analogue video conversion, database maintenance, lecture capture, preparing and demonstrating eLearning materials and generally maintaining functionality of the central store: dealing with students and staff that required equipment such as cameras, laptops/tablets, digital audio recorders etc.
