- Provide periodical on line and onsite training of the properties, by improving their reservations service standards and knowledge of the systems
- Support & audit the standards and operations of the properties Reservations.
- Support properties for the configuration of SynXis CR system (GDS/IDS and Channel Manager)
- Support & troubleshoot problems related to SynXis CRS to ensure issues have been fixed in a timely manner (i.e. OTAs activation, rate parity, reservations integration, availability view etc.)
- Manage & support the annual RFP rate loading in the GDS system
- Update & create documentation to support properties for SOPs, How-to, Guideline and Instructions
