Administration:•Monitor and provide technical assistance to direct service programs to ensure compliance with Federal, State and local early education and care standards•Oversee program management and design of 5 NAEYC Accredited Head Start Programs serving children and families, prenatal to 5 years of age.•Interview, approve, hire, supervise, and evaluate permanent and contracted employees.•Provide leadership and support to agency state and center level team and program classroom staff.•Assist Executive Director and program Board of Directors and committees with assessment, planning and data-driven decision making process.•Develop and prioritize program’s projects, activities and outcomes that enhance and enrich academic and personal learning for the development of young children and families. •Analyze annual, quarterly and monthly report data to determine level of program performance and effectiveness.•Assist with the development of proposals, budgets, content specific forms and reports.Community and Family Relations:•Identify, develop and foster relationships with national, state and local community partners that are connected and committed to a program’s mission and vision.•Collaborate with Content Coordinators and Specialist to develop website, newsletter, brochures and communication feeds for not-for –profit organizations.•Oversee and provide logistical support to committees and/or work group by assisting the preparation of agendas and minutes as well as mentor facilitation and follow-up meetings. Education and Training:•Develop and facilitate training and professional development for staff, families and volunteers in not-for-profit and early education and care programs.•Oversee the development and implementation of curriculum of young children, birth to preschool.
